We will not accept returns for full-priced items more than seven (7) days after the invoice date.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us right away if any items are faulty or damaged. As we don’t accept returns of goods unless they are faulty or damaged.
Products cannot be returned due to health risks if;
- You have ordered the incorrect product.
- The products have been opened, and used
- Change of mind.
All products must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order, quoting your order number, and providing details and including photos. Faulty items will undergo an inspection process by our product development team and you will be contacted within 48 hours with a resolution. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight charges.
Baré Folli does not take responsibility for the costs involved with returning faulty goods. However, if the goods are deemed faulty after assessment, postage costs will be refunded thereafter. Please include original postal receipt in return parcel.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you pack your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Send the products with your order number and advise us of the tracking number. We can only process the return once the goods have been received by us in their original condition, so please include all original packaging and make sure the parcel is securely packed. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Due to the time it takes the courier to collect and return the products for inspection and processing through our administration, refunds may take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the bank to process the refund request. In many cases, you will receive your refund much sooner.
Any refund will automatically be issued to PayPal or the card used to make the original purchase. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement we will automatically refund you and let you know via email.
Refunds will only be made to the original credit card or PayPal account used for purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available, and you will be responsible for arranging redelivery within 14 days.
Change Of Mind
We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully as exchanges or refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind or where you have made a purchasing error.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items that are faulty may be refunded as long as it meets our return guidelines. Sale items cannot be refunded.
